Tom machin-Green wood design

I am a Sustainable Designer maker that uses wood and other material that are normally regarded as 'waste' developing them into wearable modern jewellery and unique furniture. I am a highly motivated person and I have a keen interest in most areas within the art and design world.

My work is very much material driven and I use a range of traditional craft techniques including wood turning, carving, rope making and steam bending.

In an ever-changing world these skills are getting lost and I feel that it is important to retain them for future generations.
